Flyer Rebalance (post-nerf)

Here is the flier nerf adjustment based on user feedback after the hard nerf last week.

It's a bit tough to see the difference between numbers on the page and practical comparison, but the ptera stays nerfed while most of the others see a slight to moderate boost. Quetz have a huge stamina bump and slightly lowered stamina consumption, making them more viable as distance haulers again.
