Cyclical Active Volcano

This has recently appeared in the patch notes, no eta yet.

But I think it's worth talking about because we may want to move the public mining outpost (and all associated animals)
before this is implemented, or make a secondary outpost elsewhere in the event that the volcano destroys the current one.

I think it's pretty awesome aside from that, as long as it's not too realistic lol. An ash cloud effect could be cool,
but I could do without pyroclastic flows and burning rocks raining from the sky. I assume there will be lava,
and it would be neat if dino AI would cause them to flee immediately before or as soon as the volcano erupts.
