Imprinting Settings Empty Imprinting Settings

I'd simply like to suggest we enable "AllowAnyoneBabyImprintCuddle" and decrease the "BabyCuddleLoseImprintQualitySpeedMultiplier" so that people who aren't capable of tending to a baby for 24+ hours are actually capable of getting some decent imprinting on it without it degrading to 0 the next time they login.

We're looking into those but it will take a bit of time for testing and figuring out how we can work with the values.
